This Father’s Day gift was such a fun project!

My most recent project has been packing up and selling a house and moving a family of 5 from Milwaukee to Key West 🙃 Everything has been so hectic, but I am so excited to start this next chapter!

Please be patient with me while we transfer and get settled in. I can not WAIT to start painting again on the regular and I will definitely update when I’m comfortable taking orders again!

Have a fantastic summer everyone (and pray for me & my mental health as I move and live in hotels for a month with 3 under 5 🙃)🌴💫

Mary and Kevin are known in the neighborhood as the HAGS (honorary alleyway grandparents). They have made Milwaukee Home for me, been the best “grandparents” to the girls, and I will forever be grateful of them and their entire crazy family ❣️ @ Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Another gift for one of the best friends and neighbors I made in WI. We met while shoveling snow, when BOTH of our 1st babies were only 2 mo old. Not only have we become so close, but our kids are all the best of friends 🥰

The day we closed on our house, 5 yrs ago next month, our neighbor came right over and introduced himself, and was the friendliest man I ever met.

I painted this for him as a little parting gift 🥰

Gary’s house was the first in our neighborhood in the 40s, and he’s lived there since he was born. He has mowed our grass when we’re out of town, snow blowed all of our walkways, and kept an eye out when he knew I was home alone with the girls. Those are just a few of the many things he’s done for us in our short time here.

Every time we see him outside, he gives the girls a $5 bill and a lollipop. They LOVE him (obviously 😅). I feel so lucky to have had such an amazing neighbor these last 5 years. He made me feel so much more comfortable being home when Toms away, just knowing he was just 2 doors down.

This was commissioned by a friend for her mother, who grew up in this uniquely stunning home. The uncovered foyer area is closed off by this incredibly detailed iron gate and windows, and has this beautiful, flowering tree inside.
