Bastille Days brings out the very best of what makes The Bartolotta Restaurants special: teamwork, tradition, and a shared love of hospitality. Every year, multiple teams come together from Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro, Downtown Kitchen, and Bartolotta Catering at The Italian Community Center, each bringing their own talents to one shared celebration.
It's early mornings, long prep lists, and a whole lot of teamwork behind the scenes, but that's exactly what makes days like this so special. When our teams come together, it feels like family: the same spirit that's been at the heart of The Bartolotta Restaurants since our very first table in Wauwatosa over 30 years ago.
