One more thing for SEYRA qualifying finals members.
Each go round there will be a Jr Patriot side pot option for you to enter in events listed on flyer.

If interested than you can follow the below directions to get a patriot membership and pay to enter the side pot.

We will post top 10 Saturday night so you will have time to enter the Sunday side pot as they dont close until 7am on Sunday.

Please make sure to leave 50amp for the ones that must have 50amp. If you put a 30amp in a 50amp then if needed we will have to move your location.

CALL-IN is now open.

It’s time to register for rodeo FINALS. Call-in closes October 24. The Rodeo is October 31/November 1 in Andalusia. Since this is or FINALS, locals are not eligible to enter this rodeo.

YOU MUST CALL IN FOR BOTH DAYS IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS

Step 1) “Call-in” see below link for DAY ONE of Finals

Step 2) “Call-in” for DAY TWO of Finals (Cash pay at rodeo, no payout on this date)

*With the exception of Buckaroos, you may only run in events that you have qualified for (you must have competed in that event at at least 4 SEYRA rodeos this season). Buckaroos may choose any buckaroo event, but must enter at least two events per day. See previous post if you have questions about which events you may enter.

*Saturday every qualifying contestant is able to compete in the events listed on the previous post.

*Sunday is our short go - only the top 10 with points in each event will run (if entering rough stock events you qualify to compete both days automatically in those events). Then awards ceremony will follow the Rodeo (more details on this when newsletter is posted).

*Saturday you will have the option to pay online if desired.

*Sunday register for the same events as Saturday, Sunday the only option for payment will be cash at the rodeo, as we will be determining the top 10 as events finish on Saturday and we will remove those who do not qualify for top 10 before payment begins for that rodeo. Please be prepared to pay cash at the rodeo for Sunday events.

*As usual Team ropers, if selecting a draw partner, you MUST choose the $17 add on box to agree to the draw fee. ALSO you may only choose “draw partner” for ONE RUN. You may run two runs, but NOT WITH SAME TEAM. (Same team CAN swap header/heeler) ***please see the rule book for further clarification***

*Don't forget trick or treat Saturday night at the set stalls for it.

*Stall & Hook Up selection forms will be listed on Facebook and you will be invoiced through quickbook for them. Cut off to reserve is Monday prior to rodeo. Only available for $50 each for the weekend no daily rate.

*If you have already called-in on Saddlebook for this rodeo and need to ADD an event, you will do that through saddlebook - if you need to draw out of an event or out of the whole rodeo, you must use the following link and adhere to the appropriate deadlines.

Here is the listing of contestants that qualify for 2026 finals along with which events you qulaifed for. Below is a few things to keep in mind. (Buckaroo sorted by last name and all other sorted by back #)
*You can compete in all events listed by your name on Saturday
*Only top 10 will advance to Sundays Performance (there will be entry guidance on the post when entry opens).
*If in Orange that means you currently have 0 points and won't be able to advance to Sunday unless you get points and finish in top 10.
*Rough stock riders and buckaroos automatically get to enter both days:)

Getting ready for finals!! Here is the link to the website to order your 2026 t-shirts, hoodies and sweat shirts. Order deadline is October 21,2026 to guarantee delivery by finals!

Here is a collection of apparel for the 2026 finals. All shirts will have the logo on the front, and will have all contestants names on the back. Orders must be received by the 21st of October to guarantee delivery. These items will be shipped directly to you unless otherwise stated.

Points after Sept rodeo. Next rodeo is finals. Only memebers that met all requirements can compete (only those should be on these results). Saturday will be ran like a regular rodeo and regualr points. Sunday the top 10 ( in events other than rough stock with less than 10 riders 0 points will NOT move on to 2nd day of finals) from each event will compete and points will be 1 1/2. Dont panic about how to call in for 2nd day there will be more to follow soon about that:) please message page if you have any questions.

Join us for trick-or-treating at finals on October 31 at Andalusia, and reserve your stall through the link below. Stalls are available on a first-come, first-served basis, courtesy of Andalusia's generous donation. Please ensure that the area is cleaned up by Sunday to avoid any additional fees.
