IT’S SENIOR FEATURE FRIDAY!

Today’s senior is Raea. Raea plays the bari saxophone and flute. Throughout high school, Raea has been involved in marching band, show band, jazz band, solo & ensemble and pit orchestra for the high school musicals. Raea also takes part in competitions for the MacDowell Music Club Scholarships. One of Raea’s favorite band memories was sneaking into the cafeteria for a midnight snack of fried chicken during the band camp lock-in her freshman year.

After graduation, Raea will be attending either UW-Whitewater or UW-Eau Claire. Best wishes, Raea!

IT’S SENIOR FEATURE FRIDAY!

Today’s senior is Savannah. Savannah plays the clarinet. Throughout high school, she has been involved in marching band, pep band and solo & ensemble. She has also been a member of the marching band color guard for four years and has served as color guard captain for both her junior and senior years. Savannah is a member of the Student Council, Link Crew, Health Occupation Students of America, MHS track team and Correlation Show Choir group. She has also been a dedicated volunteer throughout the community. One of Savannah’s favorite band memories is going to Devils Lake State Park with her color guard friends which has become a summer tradition.

After graduation, Savannah will be attending Carroll University where she will be part of the pre physician's assistant program. Best wishes, Savannah!

IT’S SENIOR FEATURE FRIDAY!

Today’s senior is Kennedy. Kennedy plays the alto saxophone. Throughout high school, Kennedy has been involved in marching band, pep band and solo & ensemble. She has also been a saxophone section leader during marching season. Kennedy is a member of the Student Council, FBLA, Raise Your Voice and the Milton Public Library Teen Advisory Board. She is the president of the National Honor Society and is on the MHS swim team. One of Kennedy’s favorite band memories is when Mr. Pierce threw a music stand down the hill at Schilberg Park during band camp.

After graduation, Kennedy will be attending the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a major in Economics. Best wishes, Kennedy!

IT’S SENIOR FEATURE FRIDAY!

Today’s senior is Grace. Grace plays the flute, marimba, vibes, bass and piano. Throughout high school, Grace has been involved in marching band, jazz band and solo & ensemble. She has also been a section leader for the front ensemble during marching season. Grace is a member of the Interact Club, YEAC (Environmental Club) and MHS tennis team. One of Grace’s favorite band memories was taking “pit field trips” during summer band camp.
After high school, Grace will be attending UW Madison. She is considering a degree in Environmental Engineering. Best wishes, Grace!

Today’s senior is Grace. Grace plays the baritone, tuba and trombone. Throughout high school, Grace has been involved in marching band, pep band, and solo & ensemble. She is also a member of the Student Council. One of her favorite band memories is taking second place at State her freshman year.

After graduation, Grace will be attending UW-Whitewater with a double major in English Education and Political Science. Best wishes, Grace!

IT'S SENIOR FEATURE FRIDAY!

Today’s Senior is Leah. Leah plays the alto saxophone, flute and piccolo. Throughout high school, Leah has been involved in marching band, concert band, pep band and solo & ensemble. She has also been a saxophone section leader and a drum major during marching band season. One of Leah’s favorite band memories was when Mr. Pierce threw a music stand down the hill at Schilberg Park during summer band practice.

Leah is actively involved in competitive gymnastics and will be attending the University of Minnesota to continue her gymnastics career at the collegiate level while studying Biomedical Engineering. Best wishes, Leah!
