🚨METG DRAMA FEST ALERT 🚨

We are super excited to announce our one act submission….

”The Sparrow”
Written by: Chris Mathews, Jake Minton & Nathan Allen.

Produced by special arrangement with THE DRAMATIC PUBLISHING COMPANY of Woodstock, Illinois

After returning to Spring Farm ten years after a tragic accident, shy senior Emily Book just wants to disappear into the background. But when one startling moment reveals what she truly is, everything changes. Overnight, Emily becomes the town’s mysterious hero, “The Sparrow.”

What begins as admiration quickly twists into suspicion, forcing both Emily and Spring Farm to confront the truth they’ve buried for a decade.

A blend of “Carrie”, Ray Bradbury and “Wicked”, The Sparrow taps into the aching heart of adolescence — the fear that we’re somehow different, and the hope that we might be extraordinary.
