**Long post warning, 1st paragraph is just me bitching, 2nd is in regards to the Metallic Charizard pictured. Read it all, none of it or whatever you feel like doing. **

So it's been quite a while since I have posted anything, it's been pretty boring honestly. I seem to have this reoccurring issue lately of people contacting me about commissioning a custom pop. When it comes time to discuss cost they begin to backpedal to try to reduce the cost or they become almost offended because they expected the price to be just a bit more than the retail cost of an off the shelf pop. This response is always my favorite though, they insist on basically naming their own price and then give ya the old "I have someone who says they can do it way cheaper." I know the prices can be shocking to hear for custom work sometimes but remember there is material costs (Base figure(s) needed to transform into your custom, paint, primer, clear coat, brushes, air brushes, air brush supplies, cleaning supplies, clay, moldable plastic, etc etc) and most importantly time. Time put into creating something from essentially nothing, time away from the family, time I could be devoting to other tasks. You get what you pay for with just about anything in life, so please try to be understanding of the reasoning why this type of thing doesn't cost $10 more than the pops on the shelves at every store in the country. If you got through all of this and are still with me here, thank you for you time listening to me rant. Now to talk about something more fun

I did a Charizard like this not long ago and the response to it was very good and surprising actually. Since so many inquired about the previous one I figured hell maybe I should do a few more to list for sale. Here's the 1st one completed and going up for sale. This guy is fully metallic, all colors have metal flake added to it. The eyes and flame on the end of his tail are also Glow In The Dark. He is clear coated in high gloss to bring the metallic colors to life. Looks amazing in the light and the dark, if you're interested in this guy I will be listing him for sale on Mercari tonight and as I finish more they will go up on other sites as well. Quick little stack etching just to switch things up for a bit. Just a quick commission to break up the monotony of the other custom jobs I currently have going on and the never-ending line of venomizing everything. Coming along nicely if I do say so hopefully Josh will feel the same.

Well just as I expected to happen growing up in fairy tales it was inevitable but in near record time. As part of the procedure the Miss mouse was sent towards that darkness to prepare for the evil inside that was about to take over her. obviously it was just too much and she had already succumbed to it but she can be rebuilt stronger faster and far more evil becoming the perfect candidate for the better mouse. Also an impressive note to be mentioned even though she was sent into the darkness she had not even got close to where the darkness truly begins yet she had succumbed to everything taking over her already. Crazy to think that based upon where and how you grew up the darkness that considered too much for you could be drastically different based upon just those simple factors. Where we found her dead is not known being a great place but I would never anticipated to be that bad it would kill one so quickly, but I guess you know if you're not born in New Jersey it really is a dark s**thole to outsiders. So we lost Minnie to the garden State. Yes it really is that s**tty and this celebrity death is actual proof of the wasteland my home state truly is. The next time you see her it'll be full transformation and ready for her big debut to be this amazingly rare exclusive for the convention that she gets to become.

Well I know I said 7:00 a.m. but this Monday of a Tuesday morning said hell no. When you were just about ready to post on time to find two massive puddles on the floor of the dogs left your morning becomes p**s instantly and it all snowballs from there. Anyway here it is this is the announcements and reveal of what will be the convention only exclusive pops I will be making for this season. Honestly I cannot believe I had overlook these figures this long being how iconic they are over multiple decades but it's time that Mickey and Minnie get a little evilive inside. This figure I am currently working on will be the first and available only at connecticon. This first baby is a girl so Minnie will be up first into the darkness. The pictures of this actual figure will not be released until a few days before the actual show. Starting with this event there will only be one exclusive available per show. It will be raffled and won at conventions/events that I or Chris from swombat personally are attending as vendors. You have to come out and see our smiling faces, choose how many tickets/spots/chances you would like to purchase/ entered into potentially winning this. The winner will be chosen at random towards the end of the convention. How awesome is it to be that winner who won the one and only available exclusive for that entire convention. There will be no set alternation pattern between the two characters available in this exclusive line. We could have multiple Mickey's or Minnie's in a row as the convention pieces being offered at the events we are attending. Who knows Minnie may be so inspired and led into the darkness from this first one, we may not see her for quite a while. Although I'm trying to make it sound very ominous and mysterious it shall be solely based upon the availability of the pop I need within the time I need it. So here are the pictures of the logo for the line I am dubbing the Venomouse. As the days get closer to the convention keep checking in, once we are within the week of the event I will announce which day the actual pop for that events images will be revealed. You can see if it's worth your time to come out, have some fun with some fellow nerds, dorks, geeks and whatever other existing terms of endearment my girlfriend calls me on a weekly basis. Go on out to see Chris at his SPI booth to buy your chances at getting the one and only available at that convention. So let's see some comments what do you guys think about this idea as a whole, the basis which I am building the pop off of or just whatever else. This idea alone when it occured ,even though I would be hosting it and never eligible to enter and win got me so hype. I mean doesn't everybody want to have the rarest of the rare of anything? Most people having the ability and bragging rights of owning one of these is enough drive to get out there and have some fun and try to win one of these. My soul intent and purpose of doing this the way I am is it forces you to chase after something that you want and if you want it well you got to come out and have fun to get it. So come out to whatever show works best for you that we will be attending I will be compiling a complete list and posting in the coming days. It obviously will evolve as things change availability opens up so we'll be adding dates here and there or if things get canceled life happens but we want to get out there and meet as many of you as possible in person and you have to come meet us in person, it's the only way you're going to get a chance of winning one of these. So thank you everyone let's try to keep the hype around this rolling, again I will post a list of conventions that we will be attending and also saying who will be attending at each. Some will be just Chris, some maybe just me, ideally both of us will be there but who knows. I know my girlfriend is going to love this idea of this many nerdy weekends ahead of us. Again thank you all let's have some fun, get some cool s*** for our collections,but most importantly just get out there and enjoy life. Support these events and the vendors at every one possible. In this era of pointing and clicking to buy almost everything you need right from your couch , let's kick it old school and relive the times of having to hunt down the things you wanted and ultimately remember the joy of finally finding that piece you wanted . So we will see you at the SPI Booth "Swombat pops Inc" at the Connecticon event for your 1st shot at obtaining an exclusive Venomouse. Hopefully all of the events we choose after this one will give everyone enough opportunities to try their luck at winning these rare pops.

🐸🐢Fair Warning, Long post ahead!!!🤖👽 Keep reading because there is some awesome news and an even awesome-r announcement thrown in that novel too. Wipe those eyes and keep reading I can guarantee it will be worth the time!! (Spoiler I absolutely cannot guarantee that at all, everyone values their own time differently. In reality though almost everyone uses FB exclusively as their potty companion for reading while bending fresh biscuits into their porcelain pot. That time is already committed too "Reporting for Doodie" so anything else you accomplish, be it worth it or not its an bonus accomplished anyway and has no effect on the primary purpose!!

Sorry everyone for the lack of posting here lately, I have just been busy venomizing just about anything and everything it seems to build up supply stock for the convention season. These upcoming conventions will obviously be the first for me and likely the first many have ever laid eyes on some of my work. I'm so stoked to be going to a few conventions, meeting new people, seeing new things and having new eyes see my work for the first time. At the very least who doesn't love a weekend away from home an event centered solely around things we love and seeing so many like-minded individuals all together living in this experience. So with the mention of conventions this was intended to be a post announcing a line of exclusive pop figures which are based on universally loved characters that everyone knows and loves. This line can only be obtained by entering a raffle we will be holding at our booth at conventions that we are attending. We will be hitting quite a few between myself and Chris at SBI or swambat pops Incorporated so there will be quite a few opportunities to try to win one of these should you feel you need one but this also keeps this line super exclusive super rare and forces you to come out and have some fun if you feel that they are a must have for your collection. I will be posting the first look at the logo of this exclusive convention line in just a few hours and then possibly tonight or tomorrow posting the first look at the first of this line which will be available only by attending the upcoming Connecticon convention at the Mohegan Sun casino. Stay tuned, keep checking back. Your first look at the Line Name/Logo and just who the beloved characters are that will surely make these "exclusive pops" become "must haves" for many people because of the character basis alone.
