I am Jason Paddock, and my life in the arts has taken on many flavors throughout the years, from child musician my first job was with a concert promoter helping coordinate operations for performing arts centers, theaters, amphitheaters and
temporary festival sites throughout the northeast. My college years were spent studying Communications at Finger Lakes Community College and later Theater Arts Management at Ithaca College. I was the General Manager and Programming Coordinator at the State Theater in Ithaca, NY, held numerous positions with Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, and most recently was Booking Agent and School Programs Manager for Baylin Artists Management – managing touring for the multiple Grammy Award winning Turtle Island Quartet, the Bang on a Can All Stars, Aquila Theatre Co., LA Theatre Works, PHILADANCO, and a roster of about 25 other ensembles and companies. I am an alumnus of the prestigious Emerging Leaders Institute of the Association of Performing Arts Presenters and have represented artists at the Arts Presenters Expo in NYC, Arts Midwest, Performing Arts Exchange, and have coordinated numerous high-profile showcases across the country. As an award-winning photographer, my work has been published by New Jersey Stage Magazine, Mystic Seaport Magazine, Gannett Newspapers/mycentraljersey.com, The Home News Tribune (NJ), and the Asbury Park Press (NJ). I have also directed concert video presentations of artists like Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews Band, Santana, Steve Miller Band, Lilith Fair, and B.B.
