Tonight‘s the night for the Winter Wonderland from 5 to 9 at Millstone Park! Dress warm it’s going to be cold out but we’re going to have a lot of fun! The vendors will have hot food, warm apple cider, hot chocolate, and coffee. We also have a heated tent! Can’t wait to see everyone tonight to kick off the holiday season with our tree, lighting and so much more⛄️

**Attn. Sponsors, Vendors and Organizations attending tomorrow **
We are so excited for tomorrow! We need all vendors unloaded and cars moved out of the event parking lot by 4:30 the latest. This is when the parking lot will close for vehicle traffic to ensure the safety of everyone.
Also, If you haven’t had a chance to go on the portal to send a vendor/ organization table donation you can use the QR code to access it and use cc, venmo or zelle to donate. Thank you so much in helping us to make this event a success!

We are still in need of 2 activities sponsored or cosponsored for the event. If you own a business or know of one who might be interested please let us know. Today is the last day I can get signage made with their logo! The township budget for the event covers the tables, heated tent, chairs, stage , maintenance staff and gingerbread kits. Therefore all the activities( bounce houses etc) are solely paid for thru sponsorships, Giving Tree and vendor/table donations! Please consider a business sponsorship or family donation. It is tax deductible thru our friends at the 5Help.org Foundation. You can donate thru the QR code by Credit Cards, Venmo and Zelle.
Thank you to all of the Businesses, Vendors, Organizations and Families that have already donated to our event! We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow night from 5-9.

Did you start your Holiday Shopping or feel like buying something for yourself? Visit our vendor tables from 5-9 at the event. There will be handmade gifts, amazing desserts, vintage arrangements , unique crafts, ornaments , christmas wreaths, popcorn from Boy Scouts, personalized items and so much more! There are made to order items and cash & carry items. The tables will be located in the concession area. Please come visit our vendors! The vendors have also contributed to sponsoring the Holiday Hula Toss activity!

Don’t forget that you don’t need to cook dinner tomorrow night! Food vendors will be at the event from 5-9🍔🍟🍕🍗🍡🍰🧁🍪☕️🥤🧃🍩

Tomorrow night from 5-6, we will be having our Gingerbread House Contest. We have 50 kits available for the contest(first come,first served ). You can bring extra supplies to decorate your house if you want. The houses entered in the contest will be judged at 6:00. There will be 3 prizes awarded. The Gingerbread house activity will be held right outside of the Pavilion near the Vendors.

The 5Help Foundation along with Girl Scout Troop 60157 will be holding a warm clothing drive at the event. There will be a 5Help table with bins to drop off your donations. You can also package them in bags if you are donating alot. Please help people less fortunate keep warm during these cold winter months! Thank you in advance for your donation!
