It's coming near an end for this season with The Hasbeens, but a couple of chances remain to hear this good group of singers (yeah, we're smaller than we were some years ago, but we're still just as good). The next rehearsal is Tuesday, April 29 followed by our visits to the area health care facilities: Friday, May 2 at Katahdin Health Care at 2 p.m. and Friday, May 9 at Sweet Seniors at 1:30 p.m. Also coming up we will make an appearance during Summerfest in East Millinocket on Friday, July 11 at 3 p.m. After that, we will be off until the fall unless someone contacts us for a gig that we could do. The Hasbeens are in rehearsal once again on Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m. at Gilda's. For information contact Ben Barr, Director. We have gigs coming up: Friday, November 15 at Katahdin Health Care (formerly Katahdin Nursing Home) at 2 p.m. and Thursday, November 21 at Sweet Seniors at 1:30 p.m. December gigs will feature our Christmas music. The Hasbeens had a terrific gig once again at East Millinocket's Summerfest. Hope to do it again next, but that is for next year. We are on hiatus for the rest of the summer but will start up again in early September rehearsals and hope to come to a venue (most of them are the nursing homes, but would consider another engagement--contact me, Ben Barr, director) near you.

Upcoming schedule for the The Hasbeens: On Thursday, May 9 at Sweet Seniors in East Millinocket at 1:30 p.m. On Friday, May 10 at Katahdin Nursing Home/Health Care at 2 p.m. And then on Friday, July 12 at Summerfest in East Millinocket at 3 p.m. Come on out and hear this great group of guys and gals that perform music from a few decades ago. Okay, for those of you who follow The Hasbeens or would like to, we will be performing at Katahdin Health Care on Tuesday, November 28 at 2 p.m.

We are also scheduled to perform at Sweet Seniors on Friday, December 15 at 11 a.m.

Coming up for The Hasbeens: Summerfest on July 7 at 3 p.m. in the park. Sunday, August 6 at St Peter's Catholic Church in East Millinocket: this is a fundraiser for the churches.
