There’s still time to be part of the 2026 Reflections Art Exhibition at Boreal Theater!

The online Reflections Art Exhibition Call for Art may have closed, but it’s not too late to submit your artwork! Artists are welcome to drop off work for consideration Monday, October 26–Friday, October 30, from 4–6 PM at Boreal Theater in Millinocket. See the space, speak to the curator, and learn about the project. For more information, read the description below or click the link in the chat:

Join us today, October 11th, at 4 PM for a relaxing fall afternoon with Gryphon & Co. Celtic Concert at Boreal Theater! Enjoy the beautiful sounds of Celtic harp, guitar, octave mandolin, and rich vocal harmonies in a family-friendly concert featuring music from Scotland and Ireland, traditional folk tunes, and songs by Robbie Burns and O’Carolan. Tickets are $15, and their CD, Child of the Forest, which also features flutist Bonita Lubinsky, will be available for purchase. We hope to see you there!

Tickets Are Selling Fast! Join us for An Allagash Haunting: The Story of Emile Camile Friday Night Performance, the Boreal Theater's first-ever theatrical production! Based on the book by local author Tim Caverly, this intergenerational community play with songs brings Maine folklore, music, and mystery to life for all ages. Directed by Amanda Albanese and Gracie Demchak, the production extends beyond the stage as Tim visits local schools to promote literacy through his book. A free student preview on Friday morning will bring students from across the Katahdin region together for a shared theatrical experience.

Join us for opening night Friday, October 23, at 7 PM, or catch the show Saturday at 7 PM or Sunday at 1 PM. Tickets are $20, and availability is limited! Follow the link in the comments for details and tickets. Come celebrate community theater and be part of Boreal Theater history!

Founding members Stephen Whiteley and Regina Christianson bring together Celtic harp, guitar, octave mandolin, and beautiful harmonies in a family-friendly concert featuring music from Scotland and Ireland, including traditional folk tunes, songs by Robbie Burns, and harp music by O’Carolan.
