My regular classes are back on the roster, including my “Animal Drawing 1: Creative Approaches and Techniques” where we learn or brush up on our basic drawing skills (gesture, proportion, anatomy, texture, etc.) using animals as our subject material, and my “Botanicals 1: Direct Approaches to Painting Nature”, where we create impressionistic landscape paintings featuring flowers, using both expressive loose brushwork and careful color mixing to create that lovely balance between realism and “painterly-ness”!
