Whether you're a student looking to build your musical theater skills or an adult who loves performing (or wants to get back into it), our upcoming Dance Workshop is a chance to move, learn, and connect with others who share that same passion for the stage!

Join us on Sunday, June 28th for an engaging morning of musical theater dance led by Donna Lynch. Separate sessions are available for teens and adults, giving everyone the opportunity to learn in a supportive group setting.

School-Age Session: 8:00–10:00 AM
Adult Session: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Cost: $15 per person

Tickets are now on sale for our summer musical event, WE WILL ROCK YOU (PG-13). Tickets are $20 for general admission. Those tickets can be purchased online via our website or app. VIP tickets are $30 and can only be purchased at the theater (includes a drink of your choice and your choice of seat). Important notice for all movie goers for Friday, June 19th. Due to the paving occurring on Market Street in Millersburg, the intersection of Market and Center Street will be closed. You will need to turn from Union Street on to Walnut Street and then either turn at the alley behind the post office to park in our parking lot or park on the other end of center street near the New Life Center.

Meet the instructor for our upcoming Musical Theater Dance Workshop: Donna Lynch!

Donna brings a wealth of experience as a dance educator, choreographer, teacher, and competition judge. She earned her Master of Arts in Dance Education from the University of Northern Colorado, where she received the Graduate Dean’s Scholarship, and she is actively involved in several professional dance education organizations, including Dance Masters of America, the National Dance Education Organization, and the Pennsylvania Dance Education Organization.

Donna has choreographed musical productions for Penn State Harrisburg (Cabaret), Lebanon Valley College (On the Town, Tuck Everlasting), Theatre Harrisburg (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), Keystone Theatrics (Monty Python's Spamalot), Central York High School (Catch Me If You Can, Little Shop of Horrors, Beauty and the Beast), The Belmont Theatre (Side Show, White Christmas, Sweeney Todd, Wizard of Oz, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Peter Pan Jr.), York Catholic High School (Guys and Dolls, Bye Bye Birdie), and Weary Arts Group (Hairspray)

At this workshop, Donna will guide participants through the basics of musical theater jazz and tap, focusing on movement skills that performers can use in school musicals, community theater productions, auditions, rehearsals, and more.

This is a GREAT opportunity for students and adults to learn from someone with deep experience in both dance education and musical theater!
