Ayyyy… I did my second 10k 🫠aaaand it was a trail run 🫨 So it was a little wild 🕺I’ve been running, swimming, and biking a lawwwww’t. Don’t forget to drink a ton of water and wear sunscreen!!!!

P.s. It doesn’t matter if you’re the slowest, if you walk, or if you think anyone is going to judge you… just get out there (if you’re capable) and make yourself proud 🥳

Y’all… I have the coolest clients. I was gifted this frisbee that my client made me! Aaaand it glows in the dark?! I think I’m going to start posting sweet things my clients have given me. It’s always so thoughtful. NEVER EVER required. The fact alone of spending your time, money, trust, and body with me is beautiful enough. But always so sweet and appreciated.
