Experience the power, rhythm, and energy of Japanese taiko drumming! 🇯🇵✨

This introductory 4-class series combines rhythm, movement, musicality, and full-body coordination in a fun and welcoming environment. Learn fundamental taiko techniques, proper form, movement, and accessible songs while experiencing the joy of making music together.

✨ No prior drumming or musical experience needed!

Rooted in the Axis Syllabus, this workshop explores biomechanics, anatomy, and mindful movement through spirals, arcs, and dynamic coordination. Build strength, mobility, balance, body awareness, and more sustainable movement patterns that support you in dance and beyond.

Perfect for dancers, athletes, yogis, and movers of all kinds who want to better understand their bodies and move well for life. 🌀
