Racing for Heroes Raceway Racing for Heroes is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization supporting disabled Veteran's in the communit Racing for Heroes is a 501(c3) non-profit organization.

There are 995,135 veterans in Pennsylvania and over 109,172 disabled veterans as of November 2009. Those numbers grow every year. Our government is not competent enough to take care of these men and women. This is why Racing for Heroes was created. Hero
A person who distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities. A person, who in the opinion of others has heroic

qualities or has performed a heroic act and is regarded as a model or idol. Many people throughout the history of our country have paid the ultimate sacrifice by doing a heroic act. Many have been military, law enforcement officers or firefighters. More times than not, these people are recognized for what they have done, many never live to receive that special honor. There are so many acts of valor, heroism and selfless acts of service committed each day that no one ever hears about them all. Some of these individuals or families of fallen heroes need assistance. It might be financial, medical or just a simple shoulder to cry on or a person to talk to. Many organizations are out there to help and assist in all of those arenas. Our goal is to fill in the gaps wherever we can and assist in whatever way possible. We are not going to say that all the money or assistance that we are going to give will be for a certain item or service. We will give the hero or their family member(s) the opportunity to tell us what they need/want or are lacking and then explain to us how we can help.
