SEEKING FULL TIME DRUMMER:

Established, full time working band that is seeking a dedicated, talented and professional drummer. This band has achieved success in the release of an original CD, won multiple awards, and has a positive working relationship with venues throughout the state. We gig every weekend, plus. We play a lot of styles specializing in Blues.

What we are looking for:
• talent
• attitude - (a team player who is able to maintain a
good working relationship with other band
members and venues)
• dedication
• commitment
• professionalism
• effective communication skills
• creativity and spontaneity are a must - (we are a
band that plays shows based on feeling)
• ability to learn and play songs on the fly
• established background in multiple styles of music
• driver’s license and vehicle
• must have your own gear(we are not providing
anyone a drum set)
• singing ability is a plus
• time, time, time... (we cannot express enough how
strongly we need someone who can
dedicate the time, both with and away from the
band)
• practice - (must practice on your own and attend
weekly practices)
• we need someone gig ready right now(we do not
have the time to groom somebody)
• must have substance use under control

We have a rehearsal space with a full stage, sound system, and drums located in Willamina, OR. We rehearse every Thursday evening. Pay varies per gig with a minimum per person. We are a serious, professional band who is not doing this just for fun. We play long, extended sets requiring the ability to play for 2-3 hours with no break.
