Dear Patrons and Friends of the Mispillion Performance Series - As many of you know, we're in a transition period due to my relocation to the Hudson Valley in New York. Here are only some of the many excellent, top-drawer ensembles we've booked over the past six years!! We are very grateful and proud to have been able to present so many brilliant, professional musicians who joined the Series. Though we do pay honorariums to our very fine ensembles, we are intent on keeping the admission FREE, so that ALL members in the community can enjoy the MAGIC OF LIVE MUSIC. We are awaiting a new group to finalize the transition, and the name of the Series may change slightly. I hope still to be involved in booking, as it brought me so much joy to have seen our audiences enjoying the concerts so very much! Please check back, as we promise to let you know when a new season of concerts may be announced!! Special thanks to the Delaware Division of the Arts, Sussex County Council, Delaware Community Foundation, Community Bank of Delaware, and to all our VERY generous private donors, and "Friends of the Series." I miss you all.
With heartfelt gratitude, Jody
