Salt by the bag went up a total of $.90 a bag since January and goes up another $.40 a bag tomorrow. It’s gonna be ugly this winter if we get any kind of snow. Salt shortage for almost 2 years and you’d think they’d be able to catch up. That 19 skids with 49 bags on a skid for a total of 931 bags. Eco friendly-pet friendly. Bulk salt last July was $158 a ton ordering by the semi load and by February anywhere from $275-$425. This is treated salt I’m talking about. I e already been warned expect $30 a ton increase. Crazy!

Just a heads up. We are seeing a lot of fungus and it’s gonna get worse. Reach out and we can get it treated. Crabgrass will be an issue again in a few weeks if this keeps up. Thank you! The Smiley’s

This was a major task I took on a few weeks ago and it didn’t disappoint. Being a single owner LLC it takes a great army behind you to accomplish projects like this. 4600 square foot sod, 6 inches of stones excavated out. Roughly 40 tons of good top soil brought in. Sidewalk repairs from salt in the winter. I need to thank Mike Schafer and Wyatt Schafer for the great excavating done on time. George Bess, Todd Deeter, Corey Birk, Jeff Simpson, Nathan Cline and Tyrell Cook for all the hard work.
