She’s here on June 12th and 26th.

There’s something I’ve been quietly sitting with and slowly shaping over time: deepening the foundation of Acadia Rising.

Right now, we offer sound healing, nervous system restoration, coaching, and consultation in different spaces across the community. Each space holds its own kind of beauty, and each one allows the work to meet people where they are. I’m deeply grateful for the community partnerships that have developed and are continuing to form over time.

At the same time, I’ve been noticing that when healing work has a steady home base—something that can hold the instruments, the preparation, the stillness, and the energy of the practice—it changes the depth of what becomes possible, because continuity, routine, and structure support both nervous system regulation and program development.

So I’m beginning to explore what it would look like for Acadia Rising to have a dedicated space — a place for rest, sound, and nervous system restoration to unfold with more ease and deepen what our work can hold.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing more about what’s beginning to take shape. For now, I just wanted to name that I’m holding that possibility with curiosity, and I’m so glad you’re here as it unfolds. 🤍

Ah.

As we near the end of January, the idea of new beginnings can feel close—but not quite here yet 🌙
Often there’s something we’re still releasing 🍃, and a quiet space in between where we need room to breathe 🌬️

Rooting Into the Next Chapter 🌱 is an invitation to pause in that in-between space—supported by the plant stories of
🌿 Willow (adapting to change)
🍃 Eucalyptus (letting go)
🌸 Crocus (beginning anew)

This is a gentle journaling circle for reflection, not fixing ✍️
Just space to breathe, notice, and tend what’s next 🤍

🕯 Sign-up closes tonight
