THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our online auction! We truly appreciate every one of you! Every comment, like, and share helps get our posts to more people, which helps our theater department tremendously. Which of course, helps our kids too!

AUCTION HAS ENDED.

MHS Productions presents their first online auction fundraiser!

Below are pictures of amazing items donated by some of our local businesses. The outpouring of love by the local shop owners was well received and we could not be more thankful! Make sure you take a stroll downtown and show these places some love, as well!

Here are the rules:
• Please comment on the picture of the basket you want to bid on. (Any bids on the main post will not count.)
• Starting bids for ALL baskets is $25.
• All bids must increase by $1 increment.
• Highest bidder at the end of the auction, wins!

Auction begins TONIGHT at 9:00PM, and will go until Thursday, 9:00AM.
If you win the auction, MHS Productions will message you to arrange pick-up (or drop-off, within reason).

All baskets also come with ONE Cinderella show t-shirt (color and size of your choice)!

MHS theater is so very thankful to every one of you that has shown us support in one way or another. If you could show some more and share this post, we would appreciate it!

Also, make sure to check out our kids in Cinderella, March 12th - 14th @ 7:00PM and March 14th @ 1:00PM! They are going to put on an amazing show!!

Meet the Ensemble: Sophomore Scarlett Miko! Her previous shows with MHS Productions include Aesop’s Fables, Legally Blonde, Little Women, and Seussical. She is most excited for the dance scene in “The Prince is giving a ball”. People should see the show because…. Everyone has put in a lot of work into the show, and all the kids are really excited to present this. Her favorite line is whenever the evil step mother yells “CINDERELLA”

Meet the Ensemble: Freshman Laynee Dryer! This is her first show with MHS Productions. She is most excited for “Step-sisters lament”. People should see the show because…. It is really fun and the lead cast is awesome. Her favorite moment is the prince is giving a ball because of how fun it is.

Meet the Ensemble: Sophomore Isabelle Tracy! Her previous shows with MHS Productions include Little Women, Seussical, and The Odd Couple. She is most excited for the outfits! People should see the show because…. we put so much hard work into it, and it’s a funny story! Her favorite moment is The insult battle.

In what ways are you and your character the same/ different?
S.M. — My character is the same in the way of being initially a poor townsfolk, though he’s a bit different when he becomes a ballroom dancer. As well as me and my other cast mates created an entire family and backstory within the ensemble for him.
I.T. — We both love dresses

Meet the Ensemble: Sophomore Addyson ‘Addy’ Leroy! Her previous shows with MHS Productions include The Odd Couple. She is most excited for The pursuit. People should see the show because…. it’s so cool and you would be lame if you don’t see it. Her favorite line is “Why don’t I have any friends?”

A.L. — I am not a knight in reality 👍

L.W. — I play the smaller girl. Same because I’m pretty short. Different because I don’t want to marry a prince

Meet The Raccoon played by: Junior Rileigh Stone! Her previous shows with MHS Productions include Aesop’s Fables, Alice in Wonderland, Legally Blonde, Little Women, Seussical, and The Odd Couple. She is most excited for the part when she transforms from a raccoon to a footman! People should see the show because…. It’s fun and entertaining for children to watch and it’s also kind of funny. Her favorite line is when Jean-Michel is like I could be your boyfriend and then realizes what he said and then is like I can’t do that.

Meet Charlotte played by: Sophomore Lynsey Dunn! Her previous shows with MHS Productions include Little Woman, Seussical, and The Odd Couple. She is most excited to Sing “Step -sister's Lament”! People should see the show because…. It is funny, and has amazing casting for the characters! Her favorite line is “Your Majestic Highness, just because I was playing hard to get doesn’t mean I’m hard to get.”

Meet Charlotte U/S and Ensemble played by: Sophomore Zoey Taepke! Her previous shows with MHS Productions include Little Woman, Seussical, and The Odd Couple. She is most excited for The Knight scene (Me who am I). People should see the show because…. It is such a beautiful, fun, and exciting musical!! Her favorite line is her understudy line: "We're doing a gavotte and you can't even keep the beat. When we get to the waltz, you're gonna trip over your two left feet and fall on your flat little bottom. End of discussion."

In what ways are you and your character the same/ different?
L.D. — How we are different is Charlotte is definitely more stuck up, and more rude! I would say we both have the same attitude towards things!
Z.T. — Me and Charlotte both have MAJOR ATTITUDE ISSUES. I constantly get told by my parents that my attitude needs to go away! XD Me and my knight character are similar because we are both brave, but I don't get scared as easily as my character.
