When we are out of balance with ourselves and the Universe, all things appear to us to be amiss. Our physical and spiritual existence is out of kilter and we notice mishaps in our physical world and absence in the spiritual. We have trouble connecting to our own selves which brings discontentment and sometimes pain, sorrow, and the feeling of helplessness.

When this happens remind yourselves that you can shift your distress to realign your perceptions and reconnect your balance. All things in your subconsciousness are ready and willing; all things in your physical body are ready; the earthly and nonphysical energies around you are in cooperation, waiting for your acceptance and surrender of what is, and your allowing of your connection to your true selves.

Relax, breathe deeply through your nose, consciously allow your body to begin to feel balance and peace. Softly release your negative thoughts and begin to feel the gratitude for all that is well. During your busy day, remind yourselves that nothing is as amiss at it may seem. Take a moment here and there to breathe in through your nose your connection to the Universe and allow a gentle smile upon your face.
