This is a American / Domestic and Foreign / International Multicultural Music Film Festival in Midway Utah.
This is a Film Festival as well as a Music Festival.
The Midway Multicultural Music Film Festival will be held from January 25th 2020 at the Midway Mercantile Restaurant in Midway Utah, and February 1, 2020 at the Zermatt Resort & Spa in Midway Utah, located in between Sundance Resort and Park City.
Saturday, January 25th, 2020 will feature a Musical Legend Performance by Sheldon Reynolds, formerly of Earth, Wind and Fire along with other musical talent from the local area.
Saturday, February 1st, 2020 will feature Scherrie Payne & Susaye Greene formerly of The Supremes with Joyce Vincent.
These special evenings will be catered with fine cuisine as guests enjoy a Couture Runway Fashion Show by Designer David Tupaz. Followed by an Awards Ceremony to honor cast members from the Academy and Grammy Award winning Film "20 Feet From Stardom".
Midway Multicultural Music Film Festival will be accepting films which encompass a diverse expression of Multicultural Films. We are accepting all genres in; The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Animation, Documentary, LGBTQ, Musical, Narrative Feature, Shorts, Spiritual Films, VR and AI Films, and Veteran Films. There will be Q&A panel discussions daily.
We are honored to have performances and honorees including Charlo Crossley of The Harlettes (Bette Midler's Harlettes, Hairspray, Sister Act), Freda Payne, (Actress, Iconic Singer, "Band of Gold") Deon Estus of WHAM, William Mickey Stevenson, Motown's first A & R, Ellis Hall ("Ambassador of Soul"), Richie Onori of the band SWEET and Paris Escovedo (percussionist).
Kalimba (Earth Wind & Fire Tribute) with Sheldon Reynolds, Rick Ge**er, Bryon Friedman, Brooke Mackintosh, Mel Soul , and Shannon Runyon, Park City Local Singer Songwriters, and Robert Bartko (George Michael Tribute) Artist and Songwriter, Charley Jenkins (Country Artist from Heber Utah), will be performing some of their hit songs.
Veteran Films that will be screened are; "The Bay House" , "Beyond The Divide" "No Greater Love", The Man Who Saved The World", "Behind Bayonets and Barbed Wire" and "The Last man Club" Directed by Bo Brinkman with distribution by Impact Releasing/VETFLICKS.
