🎉 We’ve got some exciting news to share!

Cracked It Escape Games has been accepted into the NCGrowth Destination Small Business Cohort, a multi-state program designed to help rural small businesses strengthen their role in the tourism economy and better attract and serve visitors to their communities.

Over the next several months, we’ll be learning alongside business owners from across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida about storytelling, customer experience, digital discoverability, tourism partnerships, and more.

Since opening Cracked It, we’ve had the opportunity to welcome thousands of families, military members, travelers, and local residents through our doors. We’ve always believed that locally owned businesses are part of what makes a community memorable—and we're excited to explore how we can contribute even more to the visitor experience here in Jacksonville and Onslow County.

We’re proud to represent our community in this cohort, and we’re looking forward to bringing what we learn back home.

Big news — I have an article in the June issue of Onslow Business! 📰

The topic hits close to home for anyone running a small business. It's about what happens when a customer is unhappy — and how the way you respond can either cost you future customers or earn them.
