Coy Millsap (Navy Vet)
I am an eight year vet of the United States Navy. I served aboard USS Abraham Lincoln and was stationed at the New Orleans Naval Station. I was born in Big Lake, Texas and raised in Wink, Texas. I started painting miniature models when I was in the Navy , where I developed the fundamental skills and learned about colors. After I left the military, I attended Midland College where I found the knowledge that I knew nothing about art. I ended up joining the art department there, where I was taught the fundamentals and the technical part of Art.
