Enjoying every stitch of this little cardi.

One of my favorite things is to look back at a project, remembering where I spent my time knitting on it. I can recall the season and places I visited. Knitted garments are very much time capsules. Both of the people who wear them (as they approach their 5th birthday!) and who we are while we make them 🩷

Last night was fun! Interpol & DIIV at the Masonic in Detroit. Got to hear some tunes off Interpol’s new album and they were flawless. The sound was on point.

Here is last weekend’s progress on my . I got influenced on the whole Pointelle trend this spring and summer and really needed to have this accessory. I also could not stop thinking about this KNITTING FOR OLIVE merino/cotton yarn in Lavender Blue. I knew they’d be a perfect match.

I’m on a finishing roll. These socks are 2x2 ribbed DK by Summer Lee. I took her other pattern’s retro striped patterns and applied it here to the ribbed socks. They are so great for fall and winter.
