IVORY & METALLIC SERIES
~Art Work Process~
The Ivory & Metallic Series creates texture through the use of multiple layers. The process begins with a white base consisting of thick paint and molding paste. The next layers consists of metallic paint, emphasizing visible brush strokes. Again white paint mix is applied to give the piece its unique look. A thick poxy/resin coating is then applied to give the artwork a smooth,
high gloss look and creating a 3D effect.
The finished piece highlights the juxtaposition of smooth and rough.
