Shouting out our friends at Bay City Players. This production is a stunning example of how talented our theatre community is, and it has several Friction alums lighting up the stage! Everything from the performances, lighting, music, direction, let’s be real, the whole dang production is just great.

Go out and see it! One more performance today, and then three chances next weekend before it’s gone!

Last night, we took our final bow.

As the curtain closed on Friction Theatres The Drowsy Chaperone at the Midland Center for the Arts, we were overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible audiences who joined us throughout this run. Thank you for your laughter, your applause, and your support of live theatre.

This production was a truly special one for us, and we could not be more proud of every performer, designer, technician, volunteer, and staff member who helped bring it to life. The talent, dedication, and heart that went into this show were extraordinary.

Thank you for sharing this journey with us and helping make these performances so memorable. We are incredibly grateful for the response this show received and for everyone who came along for the ride.
