Over the past 25 or so years, this fiend has bought and sold many, many thousands of LPs, while working at other people's record stores, via the internet, in antique malls, at flea markets, and (from 2011-2014) in his own actual brick and mortar store, located in Macomb, Illinois. Beginning in April 2015, Bad Kitty Music began attending New England (Connecticut and surrounding states) record shows
. Bad Kitty Music usually brings a mobile DJ rig and spins vinyl all day at every record show (unless the show provides its own music/DJ). Genres available include: Rock, Pop/Vocal, Country Rock, Folk, Jazz, Blues, Soundtracks, Electronic, Country, R&B/Funk/Soul, Reggae/Ska, etc. Generally speaking, LPs from the 1950s - 1990s, mostly used. Prices start at two bucks (practically free!!) and go from there. Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, and Venmo are all accepted, and impulse purchases are encouraged. Yes Ray Charles, No Ray Conniff. Yes Captain Beyond, No Captain and Tennille. You get the idea. This page is mostly a cheap ploy to get people to giggle at some funny LP covers, or maybe bang their heads to some awesome rock, and perhaps enjoy some spirited debate about the great and not-so-great music of the past. If you like records, and enjoy fun, come on out to the next record show.
