“We hired equipment from Kitzy, including the CTi1500 desk, which arrived in pristine condition along with cases so light they’re basically built for flying. The real standout moment came right before a show, when my showfile wouldn’t upload. Kitzy was on the phone with me after hours, calmly troubleshooting until we were good to go. On top of that, she organized brokerage and carnet paperwork to get our gear across the border, then delivered it herself. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
