Liquid Pole Workshop
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll take fundamental principles from Liquid Motion®️ and bring them up to the pole. We’ll explore pivoting pathways, sensual static rotations, and aerial hip waves to create fluid, slinky movement on static pole.
✨ Beginner through advanced options will be provided.
You will need:
• Knee grip
• Ability to comfortably sit on the pole
• Heels optional
• No inversions required
