Portafolio. Publicación 2 de 3 ✨Detrás de cada gran mural hay una historia que merece ser contada ✨

En 2018 tuve la oportunidad de formar parte de algo mucho más grande que una obra de arte. Como asistente de artistas en proyectos de arte público, colaboré junto a reconocidos creadores en la producción de murales e instalaciones que transformaron espacios y conectaron comunidades.

🎨 En La Centrale & Brickell City Centre, junto al artista Claudio Roncoli, fui parte de un proyecto que llevó color, creatividad e identidad a uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de Miami.

🌿 Con Ernesto Maranje en The Mockingbird Trail, ayudé a dar vida a un mural inspirado en la naturaleza, donde la fauna, la comunidad y el entorno se unieron para contar una historia visual única.

💗 Y junto a Gabriel Gimenez, participé en la creación del Jackson Breast Health Mobile Mural, una obra con propósito, diseñada para generar conciencia sobre la salud mamaria y acercar un mensaje de esperanza a través del arte.

Cada proyecto representó un desafío diferente, una oportunidad para aprender y una experiencia que fortaleció mi pasión por el arte público. Porque detrás de cada pincelada hay horas de trabajo, colaboración y el compromiso de crear algo que inspire a quienes lo ven.

Hoy miro atrás con orgullo y gratitud por haber contribuido a proyectos que no solo embellecen espacios, sino que también generan impacto en la comunidad.

Mi trabajo fusiona técnicas mixtas, arte pop y arte urbano, inspirado por mi amor por el color, la naturaleza y la sostenibilidad. Cada una de mis obras nace de la intención de transmitir emociones, contar historias y transformar espacios a través de la creatividad.

“Every day we reconstruct ourselves out of the salvage of our yesterdays.” — DSV

This piece began its life in 2017 as Hidden Inside Myself. Years later, I found myself in a completely different chapter of life, carrying new experiences, challenges, lessons, and perspectives. Instead of creating something entirely new, I felt called to return to this work and transform it, much like we transform ourselves over time.

For me, Re-construction is about the continuous process of becoming. Life breaks us open, changes us, and asks us to rebuild again and again. We all carry pieces of our past—our victories, mistakes, heartbreaks, and dreams—and from those fragments we create the next version of ourselves.

The Hamsa, meaning “five”, is one of the most powerful symbols of protection across cultures and spiritual traditions. Deeply rooted in Middle Eastern, Jewish, Hindu, and Buddhist beliefs, it represents protection from the Evil Eye, divine guidance, balance, and positive energy.

Each finger of the Hamsa is connected to an element and a chakra:

Gaia speaks without words. She invites us to discover our inner strength, illuminate our minds, and celebrate every emotion that makes us who we are. She is a reflection of transformation, resilience, and self-awareness—one and only.

This piece carries a story of rebirth. What was once a beloved leather jacket began to peel with time. Rather than letting it go, I chose to preserve it, transforming it into something new and meaningful. The original leather found a second life within this artwork, framed with reclaimed wood, honoring both memory and sustainability.

Because when you truly love something, you don’t discard it—you explore every possibility to make it better.
