My David just sold and i’m already sad. A part of me never wanted to let him go. When i knew Schitt’s creek was ending, i took my time with the last season. I would savor it on nights i wanted to pamper myself. I finially finished the series this week and i watched the making of special. If i tell you i spent it in tears, like a baby. For various reasons.
Magic sometimes happens at the right time. It fet like watching your friends grow. Also, Alexis and Josylyn’s real life people were literally ready to throw the towel in before auditioning. Its a reminder that a series of actions and descisions, or the lack therof of them really make a fu***ng difference.
David & Patrick will now be tied with Jane & Mr. Darcy as my favorite onscreen couple.
I’m sad it ended because it really felt like i was saying goodbye to an old friend. I started watching 5 years ago.
And now i say goodnye to David, and when i decide fo stop being so dramatic about it all, i’ll happily pull out my brushes and further show my love to Schitt’s Creek.
