I’m so excited to announce something special happening in North Miami Beach this winter! ✨🌸

The Knitting and Painting Community by Alice in Flowerland program is bringing something truly magical to life—crocheted granny squares covering the palm trees throughout the city! This installation is a celebration of creativity, community, and the incredible contributions of the senior members who’ve been crocheting with me to make this vision a reality. I’m beyond grateful for their time, energy, and dedication. 💖

A huge thank you to the CRA (The North Miami Beach Community Redevelopment Agency) for their incredible support, and to our other sponsors and Tropics Cafe! for making this project possible. Your belief in this vision is what makes these installations come to life!

Stay tuned for more details, and mark your calendars for December 5th, when we officially unveil the installation! I can’t wait to share this moment with you all!

El programa Knitting and Painting Community by Alice in Flowerland trae algo muy especial: Las palmeras de la ciudad se llenarán de color con cuadrados de crochet hechos a mano! Esta instalación es una celebración de la creatividad, la comunidad y el esfuerzo de la comunidad de adultas mayores que han estado tejiendo junto a mí para hacer realidad este sueño.
