African American Performing Arts Community Theatre AAPACT supports the theatrical efforts of the Wendell A. AAPACT is a supporter of the Wendell A.

Narcisse Performing Arts Theater and the African Heritage Youth Theater (AHYT) at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center. AAPACT’s sole purpose is to create opportunities for local African American and Hispanic actors to gain access to better performance opportunities, theatrical awareness stage education by means of offering workshops, introduction to new theatrical works and main stage performance chances.
