Finally finished this one! I usually am super anxious to see the finished piece but I dragged my feet with this one. Now that it’s done I realize I just didn’t want to stop looking at his face. Gilberto Ochoa was my grandpa and he was one of the best people I’ve ever known. I feel his spirit all the time and am grateful for the love of crafting and art he passed down to me.
