💨🌿Why smudging and clearing is SO important!
If you have any of these creations, crystals, etc… make sure you cleanse them every once in a while. They are like sponges for the energy around you and your home 😊

🌿💨I finally remembered to record the smudging process!
I do it in batches to save time so it’s not aesthetically pleasing, but this time I could focus on Atlas alone.
Smudging is a way of clearing and removing any charged negative energy that may be present.
⚡️Everything is frequency and energy, everything absorbs and stores energy. Smudging just makes sure you clear anything that doesn’t serve away.

Emotional work is not complicated, but it’s not easy. It requires a level of self awareness, self reflection and accountability. Most people struggle with that, and it’s okay.
But if you recognize you’re not a perfect being, but at least you’re trying, that’s also good enough.

🫠🤗I’m telling you this as much as I’m telling myself.
I’ve struggled with my self worth all my life. And I think it’s because I’ve always had this underlying feeling that I did not belong. I didn’t belong as a kid, as a teenager, as an adult.
I’ve had to grapple with those feelings and face them head on.

I realized it’s okay not to belong sometimes. I worked hard into surrounding myself with people that love me and accept me just as I am, with no judgement and respect, and I do the same with them.
We are so powerful, so lucky to be alive right now, despite the chaos. Remember that, you are always more than ENOUGH.
