two years ago (i can’t even believe it!!) i moved from Madrid to Miami🇪🇸🇺🇸🌴
my life has changed in soo, so many more ways that i could have ever imagined two years ago
the thing i am most grateful for is the friendships i have made here in america🫶🏼 without u guys i would have most definitely moved home long ago!! thank you for always making me feel so supported, so loved, so safe and so secure. love u downnnnn !!
OHHHH here we go😮💨😮💨 WORK! first of all- i am SO GRATEFUL for all the opportunities i have had to learn, to improve, to grow. Yet as i wrote on the picture, certain aspects of my life have been really difficult, which have further thrown everything into question. The last 6-8 months have marked a big turn around for me (so grateful!!), but for pretty much all of last year I was living check to check to make rent and pay bills. God is ALWAYS good though, and even through the struggle there’s always a way. I’ve also struggled so much with my social media ‘persona’. For one, there were honestly very few times that I was in the right mindset to create videos (i just didn’t feel like it when things got too much for me), for a long while last year I wasn’t able to afford to make my videos (imagine, each video costs me around $100-$200 just in flower costs) and i’ve been struggling with the opinion that lots of people in the industry still have of me. However hard I work, however much I change things up, i’ve learnt it’s impossible to change someone’s opinion of me when they are steadfast in believing what they want to believe. Again, i’m coming out of this headspace and learning to flow again with content creation… but it’s a process lol.
I’ve also had to strip everything back to square one, which is why i came to america and it’s great! But i’ve had to learn a lot of things from scratch, make sooooo so many mistakes, freelance my ass off to actually learn the necessary skills (loved this tho!!), and just generally put my head down and lock in🔐
i’ve been so lucky to have seen so many places here in the US since moving (mostly for work, but i always try and do as much tourism as possible while i’m outside lol📸). Culturally, this has been
