While it took us a little longer to do this post, (life got a little busy), We at Jedha Persians, are extremely proud and thankful for our boy's Acomplishments. We present to you our new Grand Champion and Grand Premier!
GC, GP LAC HONG ARSENE LUPIN OF JEDHA!
While not a Persian, this goregeous Bombay is the apple of my eye. This is our pet that is anything but a pet!. I fell in love with the Bombay breed a few years back when Anne Mathis was showing her Bombay. I remember asking her to hold her and, it was love at first sight!
After a few years, another dear friend of ours, and Arsene's breeder, Mireille Sicart (Lac Hong), surprised us with this gorgeous ball of shiny and tight black coat at the Daytona Show. "Arsene" went home to sleep with us in our bed, right on the side of my pillow, and sit on the sink while I brushed my teeth every morning. Our Persians looked at him weird lol. He took to our home as if he had been born in it. He still follows this routine with me every morning.
While our intention was not and is not to breed Bombays, We wanted to honor his breeder and show him in Championship before becoming a "free" boy. We are so proud and humbled by his acomplishments in the Show Halls.
Barely after coming off age, Arsene became a One Show Grand Champion at the A New Hope Cat Club show in February. After which he was altered.
A few months later, in April, once he was fully healed, He became a One Show Grand Premier! at the New Vision Cat Club show, right at the end of the season.
We want to extend our gratitude to all the judges that supported him and awarded his qualities.
Mireille Sicart, our dear friend, thank you so much for this wonderful boy. I could have never imagined what a loving and fun breed this is. Arsene brings so much joy to our home and keeps our Persians busy!
Look for Arsene in a Show Hall near you. Until then, May the Force be with You!
