We would like to sincerely thank all the artists, curators, collaborators, partners, and participants who contributed to making THE NEW MEDIA MOMENT such a powerful and inspiring international exhibition experience.

Over the course of these three days in the extraordinary urban media landscape of Times Square, your works, visions, and presence transformed one of the world’s most iconic public spaces into a living platform for dialogue, experimentation, and contemporary digital art.

This project would not have been possible without the creativity, dedication, and shared energy of an international community committed to exploring new visual languages and the evolving relationship between art, media, technology, and public space.

Gina Dawidowicz is an Israeli artist, illustrator, and visual creator whose practice bridges traditional artistic sensibility with generative AI. Originally trained in painting, illustration, and graphic design, she began exploring AI-based image creation around three years ago, integrating it into her visual language as an additional creative medium rather than a replacement for authorship. Her work often moves between the poetic, the surreal, and the cinematic, combining strong visual composition with emotional and symbolic storytelling. Through her use of AI, she explores transformation, identity, inner worlds, and the tension between stillness and motion.

I have been using artificial intelligence to create images since 2024. Although I have also created abstract images during my career, I focus my work on figurative art, with surreal and hyperrealistic elements. A Web Content Creator by profession, with a background in both technical and artistic training, I am exploring the potential of prompt design to shape unexpected scenarios, with a particular focus on the study of elements from the anthropogenic, natural and metaphysical landscapes.
