Having the best time during handover on . This ship is INCREDIBLE. You all know it takes a lot to leave me speechless but it has blown me away.

This week I am shifting gears from being in "sponge mode" to now getting ready to officially take over on May 9th!

Any advice for someone starting a new challenge? I am feeling all of the emotions but most of all EXCITED!

Waving bye bye for now to ♥️

My final moments onboard were full of the sweetest surprises from my team and while I am thrilled for this next adventure, it is very bittersweet.

My time on Seaside was full of so much JOY. It was the first thing my family and Michael noticed when they came to visit. The energy and pure happiness onboard.

The little moments are what make the contract and what I’ll miss the most. Jim at Venchi ready with my morning coffee. Passing Jose, a cabin steward on deck 5 on my way to the office. Tabby handing me my mic before walking on stage every night.

We achieved some incredible results this contract but what I am most proud of is the culture we created. To work alongside a team of leaders who don’t just say they care about the crew, they actually SHOW it every single day. You can feel the family values and it makes a massive difference.

Takeaway of the contract: It starts with us. Lead with heart, practice what you preach, and the results will follow.

W O R L D A M E R I C A 🚢 🌎

This is not a drill. I am BEYOND proud to share that I will be stepping into the role of Cruise Director on our flagship,

I’m going to be extremely honest: this is huge for me. The biggest moment of my career so far and I am not going to try and downplay my excitement or pride in the slightest. Stepping onto a flagship as CD has been a dream of mine for YEARS. To be seen, valued, and entrusted with this level of responsibility so early in my journey with MSC Cruises is, honestly, such a “pinch-me” moment. I am still buzzing.

I’ll be finishing strong here on Seaside alongside one of the dreamiest teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with on April 24th. Then, a two-week handover with the INCREDIBLE Dr. E (I can’t wait to see him in action) and I’ll officially be taking over on May 9th.

I’ll be onboard until the 4th of July and the American Gal in me loves that I’ll be finishing my contract on World America on America’s 250th birthday 🥹

As always, thank you to and for the support, trust, and opportunities since day 1. And thank you Clayton for venturing into Brickell in the middle of the day just to tell me in person 🤣
