In the rush of life, God calls us to pause, to be still. It’s not about inactivity, but about inner stillness trusting that God is in control. Whatever challenges lie ahead today, you don’t have to face them alone. The same God who holds the universe holds your life in His hands. Be still in that truth.

Lord, remind me today to stop, be still, and trust in Your power. You are God, and I am not alone. Strengthen me to face today with courage and peace. Amen.

truly excited, I got two more days two more days I have. I am already down 20 pounds with it a month and a half. I feel good.
