UPDATE: spoke with Commissioner Alex Fernandez (thank you for the call) and he explained that it is NOT HIS INTENTION to force the group to move. He is exploring the possibility of creating incentives that may include compensation for the drummers and performers who have created this magnificent gathering. So I urge everyone to listen in tomorrow, hear him and the subsequent discussions out, and regroup.

Commissioner Alex Fernandez misled me at my last face-to-face meeting with him on 8/7/23 and is moving forward with his intention to RELOCATE the Sunday sunset drum circle from South Pointe park to the BEACH/SAND!!!

If you disagree with the forced relocation please call into this meeting tomorrow to let him know that you are not on board with this lawless approach.
