Most people believe growth comes from talent.

I’ve found that growth often comes from something else: curiosity.

The people who grow the fastest aren’t necessarily the smartest, the most experienced, or the most naturally gifted.

They’re the people who keep asking questions.

Why does this work?
How can I improve?
What can I learn from this experience?
What if I tried something differently?

Curiosity turns every experience into an opportunity to learn.

As a teacher, DJ, entrepreneur, and lifelong student, I’ve realized that some of my biggest opportunities didn’t come from having the right answers. They came from being curious enough to explore a new question.

Growth isn’t about knowing everything.

It’s about staying curious enough to keep learning.
