Metuchen's Open Mic Night

09/22/2026

Hey gang!

Guess what Friday is? That's right! It's OPEN MIC NIGHT IN METUCHEN!

Come on down at 7:00 PM for our monthly gathering - all forms of open mic are welcome (that said, clothing is preferred though!)

Bring food and drink (to share if you wish!), friends, instruments (we'll supply the sound gear) for our last Friday of the month happening - peaceful vibes free!

OH, AND IF YOU HAVE A SHEKEL OR TWO FOR THE Old Franklin Schoolhouse, we'd be appreciative. And if you don't, no worries. We've been there.

Metuchen's Open Mic is a joint brought to you by The Metuchen Arts Council and The Old Franklin Schoolhouse - support them both!

TONIGHT!

It's Open Mic Night in Metuchen, featuring one of our favorite Open Mics of the year: DYLAN NIGHT!

Honor the master, who just turned 85 last week, by gettin' yer Dylan on - all performers must play at least one Dylan tune (though entire Dylan sets are welcome!); as always, originals are welcome too, especially if they are in the style or or in tribute to Bob Dylan.

Doors at 7:00, music shortly thereafter.

Come one, come all to Metuchen's Open Mic Night, and bring a friend!

As always, MOMN is brought to you by the Metuchen Arts Council and the Old Franklin Schoolhouse. Support them both!

Hey one and all!

Don't forget Open Mic Night is two weeks from tonight and it's the annual ALL DYLAN EDITION!

That does NOT mean every song must be Dylan (although we welcome it); It DOES mean every performer must play AT LEAST ONE Dylan song as part of their three song set.

Come celebrate the master's birthday at the open mic - bring your friends, instruments, good vibes, and whatever else you wish to share!

Remember, Metuchen's Open Mic is a joint between the Metuchen Arts Council and the Old Franklin Schoolhouse - support them both!
