WE ❤️ A MIRROR SELFIE 🤳🏼✨

MEET MISS HALEY:
Haley is starting her 6th year teaching at MDT! She’s been dancing with Metropolitan since she was 9 years old. She attended Willow High School’s Musical Theater program and went on to be captain of her college dance team in Atlanta. Haley is so excited to get back in the studio and dance with some of her favorite people. Outside of Metropolitan, she teaches kindergarten at a local school and mentors with a youth leadership organization. In her free time she is a Season 6 dancer with the Jamettes (so catch her on the Mardi Gras route)! If you are ready to get lost in the music and find yourself in the dance, she is your girl. Let’s have a fun year growing in our dancing skills!

Miss Haley has a special gift for this age group. Her superpowers? Creating community, bringing out showmanship, and choreography packed with confidence, personality, and serious GIRL POWER. 💥

Her classes are especially perfect for dancers around ages 10–12 because they’re truly mixed-level spaces. Experienced dancers will be challenged and pushed to grow, while dancers who are returning to dance—or ready to begin their dance journey—will find an inviting, age-appropriate place to jump in.

No matter where they’re starting, dancers get to learn alongside their peers, build confidence, find their people, and be both respected AND challenged.

Middle school can be a lot. Finding a place where you belong makes all the difference. 💜

🎭 MUSICAL THEATRE LAB is coming to MDT!

For young performers who want more opportunities to sing, dance, act, create, and PERFORM — we’re building something special on Sundays.

Our Musical Theatre Lab is designed for performers ages 7–18, with groups based on age and experience. Whether they’re building their confidence, sharpening audition skills, or looking for a place to keep growing as a performer, there’s a place for them here.

Our Beginner/Advanced Beginner Tap class for young performers is a place to start building those skills now.

Designed with musical theatre performers in mind, this class focuses on tap fundamentals, rhythm, musicality, vocabulary, and confidence in a patient, supportive, nurturing environment.

Perfect for the performer who:
✨ Is brand new to tap
✨ Took tap before but has been away for a while
✨ Wants to become a stronger triple threat
✨ Wants to be ready when the next audition calls for tap

And you don’t even need tap shoes to begin. Tap shoes are optional, so you don’t have to invest in a pair before getting started.
