Our 4th Annual JHHS Jaguar Band March-a-thon and Community Concert is TOMORROW! 🎶
Keep an eye out for the Jaguar Band as students make their way through the community on Saturday morning, August 22. Then, join us that evening in the Horn High School Gym for our Community Concert featuring fan-favorite tunes, a sneak peek of this year’s marching show, prize drawings, Kona Ice, and more!

Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the concert begins at 6:00 PM.

We can’t wait to see everyone this Saturday! ❤️🎶

🥁🥁🥁 DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!! 🥁🥁🥁

Introducing our NEW HEAD BAND DIRECTOR, Mr. Ben Lewis!!!!

We are thrilled to welcome Ben Lewis as the new Director of Bands at John Horn High School!

A Garland native and graduate of UT Arlington, Mr. Lewis brings 15+ years of experience in music education and program leadership. Throughout his career, he has led award-winning ensembles, earned consistent Sweepstakes and First Division ratings, guided substantial program growth, and has made a positive impact on countless student musicians.

Mr. Lewis is excited to begin this new chapter at John Horn High School and looks forward to working with the talented students, families, and community that make the Horn Band program so special. Please join us in welcoming him to the Horn TX family!

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING POTENTIAL LEADERSHIP FOR NEXT YEAR!

If you are interested in being a leader in the Jaguar Band, we will be having our leadership training camp starting next week April 13th-17th from 4:15-5:15pm in the band hall. This is an open invitation to everyone in the program, even if you’re not interested in leadership for next year. We hope to see you there!
