WHY ACRO?

Acro is so much more than cartwheels and handstands! It’s where dancers build the strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and body control they need to become stronger, more confident dancers.

But the benefits go beyond the physical skills. Acro teaches dancers to push through challenges, set goals, build resilience, and believe in themselves when a skill doesn’t come easily.

Every walkover, handstand, needle, and new trick is a little reminder: I can do hard things!

Whether your dancer is brand new to acro or ready to level up their skills, we’d love to have them in class!

Our lyrical/contemporary classes help dancers grow in technique while encouraging creativity, artistry, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment.
