Construction Update: THE NOX 🏗️👀

The Potato Barn Distribution Facility—Phase 1 of THE NOX development—is now six weeks ahead of schedule and on track for completion in Fall 2026.

As the first phase of THE NOX, the facility will provide additional parking capacity to support future development across the site.

Opening in 2027, we’re set to transform the Southeast Valley’s music and arts scene. We’re blending a modular hall with a fully equipped video recording studio—bringing concerts, comedy, festivals, and private events together like never before.

And the first step is already underway! Phase One has officially begun with the construction of the Potato Barn Distribution Warehouse and the initial parking infrastructure, setting the stage for THE NOX’s future development.
