⚠️ Content Warning: Disturbing subject matter, please read with care

📍 Location: Walsall and Wolverhampton areas, West Midlands
📅 Incidents ran for nearly ten years. Investigation started in 2017 and reporting restrictions lifted April 5 after trials finished

This case is known as Operation Satchel and it is one of the largest and most shocking West Midlands Police have ever handled. Twenty one people were convicted of terrible crimes against seven children up to twelve years old. Detectives described what happened as systematic cruel and the most harrowing they had ever worked on. It all came to light in 2017 after one victim was taken to hospital. Together the sentences add up to more than 145 years in prison including one life sentence. Seventeen were sentenced already and four more will find out their fate soon. The court kept details quiet until the last trial ended so now the whole truth can finally be shown.

Most importantly we honor these brave children who found the strength to come forward and tell the truth. That is what real change is built on.

⚠️ Viewer discretion advised, footage shows physical arrest and forceful tactics.

📍 Location Blytheville Arkansas USA
📅 Date August 19 2026

It started just after 11:21 p.m. when Trooper Theodore Henderson clocked a 2023 Infiniti doing 82 mph in a 60 mph zone. Instead of stopping the driver sped up reaching speeds between 130 and over 140 mph. Spike strips slowed but did not stop it until a second maneuver finally pushed the SUV off the road near North 16th and West Walnut.

The driver tried climbing into the back and escaping out the rear officers drew weapons and used tasers to take him into custody. He later tested at 0.17 on the breath test and faces serious charges including felony flight and driving while intoxicated.

Trooper Henderson then turned his attention to back seat passenger Tedrick Washington aged 23. Video shows the trooper breaking the rear window with a baton after repeated commands were ignored. He grabbed Washington straight by his dreadlocks and tried yanking him through that broken opening where sharp glass shards were still all around the edges. That was extremely risky he could have suffered terrible cuts or even hit an artery. While he was pulling and dragging him by the locks he was also punching him in the face over and over during that fight to get him out. He did not end up pulling him through the window successfully they finally got him out through the actual door opening and dragged him onto the ground still striking him again while getting him into handcuffs. Washington was checked by medics found bleeding but was not taken to hospital. He ended up charged with obstruction and resisting arrest.

The person riding in the front seat followed instructions and was released without any charges. Internal reviews so far have only formally cleared the actions of another officer on scene. Trooper Henderson’s detailed report is filed but Arkansas authorities have not yet issued a final ruling on his use of force.

⚠️ Viewer discretion advised – this case involves violence against women and family harm. Footage shows the reality of what happened in public view.

📍 Location: Şehitlik, Diyarbakır - İstasyon Boulevard Park
📅 Incident: Evening prior to arrest | Suspect now in prison

This is the full confirmed story. Thirty year old Ersan Akdemir and his wife Sultan Akdemir, 32, had already been separated for around two months going through divorce because of domestic violence. He called her to the park saying it was just to see their child. Once there an argument broke out, he tried to take the child and leave. During the fight he pulled out a gun and fired multiple times. Sultan tried running with their little one but was hit and fell.

Security cameras from a nearby shop recorded exactly how it went, the struggle, him drawing the weapon, her collapsing, then him grabbing their child and running off. Bystanders called it in fast and medics rushed her to Dicle University Hospital but she could not be saved. After her autopsy she was laid to rest. Police tracked Ersan down quickly, went through all official procedures at the station and moved him under heavy guard straight to court. The judge charged him with deliberate killing, denied release and sent him straight to prison to await full proceedings.

Ashley N. Stenson aged 42 from Atlanta flew in for a wedding and met her cousin at the airport. Her ex boyfriend Cortez White, 41 from St. Louis, showed up unexpectedly, took her by force in his pickup. She texted family saying he would not let her go and threatened to kill her; relatives alerted police with full descriptions.

Officers found them on the sidewalk outside the hotel. When the officer approached, White pulled a 9 mm pistol, shot Ashley multiple times including in the head while standing over her. He then turned and aimed directly at the officer. The officer returned fire as White tried to flee.

⚠️ RESPECT & SAFETY ALERT, FALLEN FIREFIGHTER

Sept 4, 2024 - Greene County / Highway 15, north of Greensboro

Battalion Chief Chris Eddy arrived quickly to a burning tractor‑trailer. He positioned his unit safely, set up command and checked the scene, no hazard signs, only a standard refrigerated “reefer” trailer carrying frozen food. Minutes later it exploded violently without warning, costing him his life instantly.

These common containers are not marked or taught as dangerous, even though they can detonate like a bomb. Fire Chief Rodney Wiggins now leads urgent training changes across all emergency teams, firefighters, medics, police and tow crews, so Eddy’s sacrifice becomes a lifesaving lesson for everyone: expect the unexpected even with ordinary looking cargo.
