Ballet is only one chapter of the journey.

Some of these students have spent more than a decade growing up together. They’ve celebrated successes, worked through disappointments, supported one another, and built friendships that will last long after their final class.

Then, before you know it, they’re leaving for missions, heading off to college, moving to another country, starting their professional careers and beginning entirely new chapters of their lives.

It’s exciting. It’s exactly what we want for them. But that doesn’t make it any easier.
And believe me, we’d much rather have you around!

At Studio R Ballet, we’ve always believed that ballet should be more than great training. We’ve tried to create a place where students feel challenged, supported, and, most importantly, at home.

The studios, classes, and performances eventually come to an end, but the relationships don’t. And for that, we’re incredibly grateful.

Season 19 begins next week.

Right now, the studios are quiet.

The floors are clean. The barres are waiting. The music hasn’t started, and the halls are still.

But not for long.

In just a few days, these rooms will be filled with first steps, new friendships, big dreams, countless corrections, moments of frustration, breakthroughs, applause, and memories that will last a lifetime.

For some, this will be the beginning of a journey they’ll never forget.

For others, it will be their final season before they move on to college, a professional career, or whatever comes next.

And for every dancer in between, it will be another opportunity to grow, not just as an artist, but as a person.

For 19 seasons, Studio R has witnessed hard work, perseverance, laughter, and dreams becoming reality. We can’t wait to see what this season has in store.

The countdown is almost over.
